Shipping Policy

We take great care to ensure parcels sent are packaged to protect the goods contained. If goods arrive in a damaged condition, you must notify Erina Scrapbook Store within 3 working days of receiving the package. Extra fees may be incurred for postage to isolated areas or for Express postage on large items - care has been taken to ensure, where possible, that additional fees are added to your final total upon checkout, however additional shipping fees may be incurred.

Refunds for Items Purchased

Whilst all care is taken to represent items in their true form, please choose carefully as we do not exchange or refund if you change your mind or for incorrect choice! In accordance with Fair Trading policy, exchanges will happily be granted if items are defective and returned with proof of purchase. Sale items will not be exchanged under any circumstances. Please make sure you check your receipt in full.
